Another new location! I'm moving to another city this week. I already have a job there and it's a good one for my area. I've been commuting to and from so that is why you haven't seen much from me. With this new source of income I plan buying a Nikon D80 or Nikon D100 which are both DSLR.. Which means my quality of work will sky rocket!
I already have people wanting me to do headshots and shoots for them. I'm pretty excited. Hopefully I will be able to get the new gear by the end of May. Moving and such requires most of my meager assets at the present time. :/ Also my new apartment will have CABLE INTERNET! I'm pretty excited about that as well.
So tyr and bear with me as my little adventure unfolds. I think this is the start of a turn for the better for me. I think i'm going to make some major progress this year!

Well, I have been here a little over a month and still no apartment or promise of a decent job. Thankfully, I have been lucky enough to have a great friend who is letting me stay with her and her kids until I get on my feet.
I have some internet acess. The bad news is that I don't have my computer. So no photoediting program and I won't upload ont he house computer. I will be focusing on giving back to you all with comments and advice until I can get back to uploading my own work.

I have to figure out how scrape up some cash. So feel free to order prints. haha

Maine!
I am moving to Southern New Hampshire next friday. Hopefully to better my life. I hoep to get a better job and upgrade my photography equipment. Eventually get a studio and office.
I will not have a lot of internet access for awhile due to the fact I will be living out of a suitcase for awhile.
This is all quite unexpected and I hope I am making the right choice.
So wish me luck if you believe in luck and whisper a pray for me if thats what you do. i am sure I will need and I appreciate all the support from you all in advance. I will miss you and I hope to be back as often as possible.

A couple of things actually.
First, My subscription is coming to an end in just a few short days, about 50 hrs left actually. I'm sorry I have not been more active on DA lately. I'm trying I just am having a hard time getting back into it. During warm weather I enjoy being outside. I live in Maine and our summer months are short. It's already frosting at night and snow could fall withing the next few weeks. So you'll most likely see a lot more of me.
Other than wanting to be outside there are a few other reasons I have not been on DA much. STRESS. Over the summer I have had a lot of stress. Work around here is very slim and my love life has been far less than perfect. Alright so not really anything that would even qualify as a love life really. I've been very broke, both in the monetary sense and in spirit. I am applying to work in a textile mill this week, even though I promised myself I would never work there. It seems to be my only escape from this town. If I work just a few months at this place, I can save enough to get out of here and hopefully upgrade my equipment.
I have turned a corner and my life. I have set goals and I intend on meeting them. I want to get a better job and make more money. I want better camera equipment and upgrade my PC. I need a newer car that won't die at any moment. Might as well through ina set of six pack abs and a tan. I need to move to a more populated area and get myself a studio. Hopefully open a Gallery/studio. And ofcourse be more active with my online family, you all on DA.
